We’re surrounded by the cleanest waters in Europe, and we look out upon thousands of miles of Atlantic. They are waters that have carried us far and wide -- and through our immersion in them and the life around them, we arrived at our unique Mooring Buoy bottle.
When we return from a voyage -- out upon the waters of Clew Bay, the Atlantic, and further beyond -- there is a sense of comfort and calm that always begins from the moment we tie our ropes up to our mooring buoys.
Their full-bellied, generous glass shapes salute our return. They tell us that, while our limbs may be exhausted, we are back home. It is from them that our unique Mooring Buoy bottle derives both its name and shape.
Each one, individually hand-blown, is an asymmetric work of art, truly fit to hold our precious Uisce.
Developed on the island -- and with the glass of each one holding a handful of sand from our shores -- they encapsulate the very words we've kept in mind from the moment we began our journey with whiskey: Live Life at a Tilt.
