Food and Drink
Your stay on Inish Turk Beg will be fully and generously catered. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided by our island team, with recipes put together by some of Ireland's top chefs. Guests are also welcome to help themselves to whatever takes their fancy from our well-stocked kitchens. Fine wines and variety of excellent spirits are also provided.
The island is home to a fully working free-range farm, with chickens, rare Kerry cattle, more than 100 sheep, and a bounty of fresh vegetables, herbs and fruits.
Our lunch and dinner menus often include island lamb and beef, as well as an assortment of catches from the waters of Clew Bay, including mussels, scallops, salmon, crab, prawns, lobsters, and oysters -- the list, we are proud to say, goes on and on, and changes with the season.
