Accommodation

The Island House is a comfortable, inspiring and exceptionally furnished modern home, with breathtaking views south and west. It also boasts a large hall, with a state-of-the-art screening room, indoor infinity swimming pool, gym and games room complex.

With 12,000 sq. ft. of internal space, The Island House is able to accommodate large groups of people, and has an extensive and beautiful external terrace space of 10,000 sq. ft.

Located on the east shore of the island, the Pavilion has three bedrooms, an expansive living area with panoramic views of the marina and bay, and an inside-outside fireplace. The Pavilion has 1,600 sq. ft of internal space, and the same amount of external terracing, which includes a fabulous hot tub and external showers for use after watersports. The Pavilion is also one of the two buildings on the island (along with Reek Cottage) which has won the prestigious Red Dot award for design.

Sitting on the south shore of the island, Reek Cottage is an inspiring living space that enjoys the intimacy of the sea and all of the day's sun. The cottage -- which has 700 sq. ft. of internal space and a remarkable suspended fireplace -- is the second of our two Red Dot design award-winners. Outside is 700 sq. ft. of terracing, which is just as good for observing a match on the nearby tennis courts as it is taking in some of the most breathtaking views of Croagh Patrick found anywhere on the island.

Yard Cottage is a bright, welcoming cottage located "downtown" at the heart of the island, in and amongst our orchard, stables, old ruins and boathouse.

It is a newly-built cottage of around 600 sq. ft., and extensive windowing makes for a light, open, and altogether tranquil place to enjoy your time on the island.

Adjoining the Island House, the Crafts House has beautiful views across its own lawn and neat line of trees, and out to the south, towards the inspiring omnipresence of Croagh Patrick.

At ground level, the Crafts House is home to a big, bright crafts space of 248 sq. ft., while upstairs, it holds a large south facing double bedroom and a comfortable seating area with an ensuite shower room. All with spectacular views of Croagh Patrick and Clew Bay.

This is our very own modern and four bedroomed cottage located on the mainland over looking Rosstoughy Harbour, an inlet of Clew Bay from which our boats to and from the island depart.

The living areas in Stud Cottage are spacious (1,232 sq. ft.) and light-filled and include a lovely sitting room, and a large kitchen and dining area.
